Quick and healthy recipes for instant soup noodles

6 cups (1.5 L) chicken broth
1 cup (250 mL) broccoli, cut flowers
2 mushrooms into thin slices
2 shallots, minced
1 carrot, grated
1 tbsp (15 ml) ginger marinated chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) tamari sauce
1 ie tea (5 ml) Thai chili sauce
Spinach, trimmed
Chinese Instant Noodles
Stages

1. Putting a background of instant non-cuites in noodle bowls and place a few leaves of spinach. Set aside.

2. Put all the remaining ingredients in a pot, bring to boil and cook for 15 min.

3. Put the soup in bowls with the ingredients reserved and wait 1 or 2 min.

4. Mix all the ingredients and eat.

Note
The ideal is to use the defatted chicken broth.

You might also add fish, shrimp, beef fondue or piece of chicken in order to have a nutritious meal and complete.
